    FORGOT PASSWORD: Don't worry about forgetting your password! The website has a Forgot Password feature which will send a password reset link to your email address.

    PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed via secure server with software and processors who comply with the industry PCI security standards.

    RETURNS: We strive to make every order "exactly right", but due to nature of custom printed orders we cannot accept returns.

    DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE: All claims for shortages or damage must be made within 72 hours of delivery of goods. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item.
